These terms govern the use of saarthiev.com and the ride services provided by SaarthiEV Mobility. By booking a ride, you agree to them.
1. Bookings & confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation with fare and driver details on WhatsApp or SMS.
- Fares quoted are fixed for the confirmed route, date and vehicle. Changes to route or schedule may revise the fare, which we will confirm with you before the trip.
- You must provide an accurate mobile number — it is our primary channel for confirmations and driver details.
2. Fares & payment
- Airport and outstation fares include tolls, parking, state taxes and driver allowance unless stated otherwise.
- Rental packages include the stated hours and kilometres; additional usage is billed at published rates communicated at booking.
- Payment is due at or before trip completion via UPI, bank transfer or cash.
3. During the ride
- All vehicles are non-smoking. Consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is not permitted.
- For everyone's safety, all vehicles carry dashcams and live GPS tracking.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; we will make every effort to return items left behind.
- Our chauffeurs follow all traffic laws; itineraries that require unsafe driving or illegal parking cannot be accommodated.
4. Waiting & no-shows
- Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting after flight landing; other pickups include 15 minutes.
- Beyond free waiting, standard waiting charges apply, or the booking may be treated as a no-show.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Service limitations
While we track flights and plan buffers, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fare paid for the affected trip.
