No. SaarthiEV does not use surge pricing. Festival season, midnight, monsoon — your quoted fare stays fixed.

Local rides can usually be arranged within a few hours. For airport pickups we recommend booking at least 12 hours ahead, and for outstation trips or circuit tours 1–2 days ahead so we can assign the best vehicle and chauffeur.

Nothing bad! We track your flight and adjust the pickup automatically. You get 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, and delayed arrivals never incur extra charges.

Your chauffeur waits at the arrivals exit with a name board. Driver name, photo, vehicle number and live location are shared on WhatsApp before you land.

4 hours/40 km, 8 hours/80 km and 12 hours/120 km, plus full-day city tour packages. The chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for the whole duration with unlimited stops.

Extra usage is charged at simple published per-hour and per-km rates, told to you at booking — extend your day without renegotiating anything.

Yes. Our outstation quotes are all-inclusive: tolls, state taxes and driver allowance. For multi-day round trips, a driver night allowance is included in the quote too.

Yes — we offer genuine one-way fares between our core cities, so you don't pay for the return journey you're not taking.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may attract a small fee, and refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Full details are on our Cancellation & Refund page.
