How we use it

• To confirm, operate and support your bookings.
• To keep rides safe — dashcam footage and GPS trails are reviewed only for safety, dispute or legal reasons.
• To send booking confirmations and service updates on WhatsApp/SMS. We do not send marketing spam.
• To improve our services and website experience.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal data to anyone.
• We never share your contact details with third parties except as required to operate your ride (e.g. your assigned driver) or by law.

Data retention & security

Booking records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance. Dashcam footage is retained for a limited period and then overwritten unless flagged for a safety incident. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized team members.
