Plans change — especially while travelling. Here is exactly what happens when they do.
Cancellation charges

| 2–6 hours before pickup | 25% of the confirmed fare |
| Under 2 hours / after driver dispatch | 50% of the confirmed fare |
| No-show at pickup | Up to 100% of the confirmed fare |
How to cancel
- Message us on WhatsApp at +91 78298 20429 with your booking ID, or
- Call 24/7 support at +91 78298 20429.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (UPI/bank).
- Cash bookings are refunded via UPI or bank transfer to the account you nominate.
- If we cancel a confirmed ride for any operational reason, you receive a 100% refund — and priority rebooking with our apologies.
Special cases
- Flight cancellations: if your flight is cancelled by the airline, your airport transfer is cancelled free of charge with proof of the airline notice — any time before pickup.
- Multi-day tours: circuit and pilgrimage tour deposits follow the schedule above based on the first pickup time; unused full days on an interrupted tour are refunded pro-rata.
