How to cancel

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (UPI/bank).
  • Cash bookings are refunded via UPI or bank transfer to the account you nominate.
  • If we cancel a confirmed ride for any operational reason, you receive a 100% refund — and priority rebooking with our apologies.

Special cases

  • Flight cancellations: if your flight is cancelled by the airline, your airport transfer is cancelled free of charge with proof of the airline notice — any time before pickup.
  • Multi-day tours: circuit and pilgrimage tour deposits follow the schedule above based on the first pickup time; unused full days on an interrupted tour are refunded pro-rata.
